James & Sons Announces 2 New Store Managers And A Sales Director

James & Sons Fine Jewelers promotes three tenured employees - Megan Sarnowski, Kacie Kowalczyk, and Samantha Kienzle.  The company has always been one to promote from within.  We believe this allows the culture of James & Sons to continue to thrive in supporting our core values. 

Megan Sarnowski joins the company’s Leadership Team as the Sales Director. Sarnowski first joined James & Sons in 2011. Her career started as a Sales Consultant, then as Assistant Manager, and most recently as Store Manager all at our Schererville jewelry store.  This new role will have allocated time at each location on a weekly basis. 

Kacie Kowalczyk joins the Schererville location as the Store Manager.  Kowalczyk first joined James & Sons Orland Park in 2017 as a Sales Consultant and was later promoted to Assistant Manager of that location. She acted as Interim Store Manager for Schererville in 2023 for a short time so she is no stranger to the Northwest Indiana team. 

Samantha Kienzle was promoted from Assistant Manager to Store Manager of our Naperville jewelry & watch store.  Kienzle joined the company in 2017 and has worked at three different James & Sons locations during her career.  The Naperville team is thrilled to have her leading them.

James & Sons is proud of the work these three women have accomplished during their careers thus far.  We look forward to seeing what this next chapter brings.
