Celebrity Engagement Rings

February 26th, 2024

Celebrity engagement rings have inspired us over the years, and whether or not the couples stay together, the rings themselves have a lasting impact on us forever. If you have ever wondered about the type of diamond cut celebrities prefer for their engagement rings, the answer is that it varies. We’ve seen celebrities wear all different cuts of diamonds for their engagement rings, sometimes even opting for colored stones instead.

Oval Cut Celebrity Engagement Rings

Just to name a few celebrities with the classic oval cut engagement ring we’ve seen Simone Biles, Hailey Bieber, Vanessa Hudgens, and Kourtney Kardashian all showing off oval solitaire engagement rings.

Emerald Cut Celebrity Engagement Rings

Gwen Stefani, Grace Kelly, Anne Hathaway, and Beyonce, have featured emerald-cut diamond engagement rings of various sizes.

Pear Cut Celebrity Engagement Rings

Demi Lovato and Cardi B. both have gorgeous pear-cut engagement rings. Demi Lovato’s engagement ring is a pear solitaire, while Cardi B. had a pear-shaped 8ct. halo ring.

Colored Stone Celebrity Engagement Rings

Katie Perry’s engagement ring featured a pink ruby at its center, surrounded by diamonds imitating the shape of a flower. Gweneth Paltrow’s engagement ring amazed us with the large blue sapphire set as a solitaire. Blake Lively’s oval pink diamond ring was also stunning, set on a pave band. Jennifer Lopez certainly turned heads with her 8.5ct. green diamond ring. And of course we will never forget Princess Diana’s 18ct. blue sapphire engagement ring surrounded by 14 diamonds.

Each person is unique in their preference for jewelry, celebrities included. There are many different styles of engagement rings celebrities have worn that we have not mentioned above. An engagement ring is a very personal piece of jewelry that reflects on a relationship and who we are as individuals, and celebrities do an excellent job of expressing themselves through their engagement rings.
