Our 18th Annual VIP Event is just one week away! We are SO excited to welcome our amazing customers into all 3 James & Sons stores to shop the very best values of the year. This event is usually 1 day, but this year we are spreading out the crowd over 3 days and increasing your savings on our entire multimillion dollar jewelry and diamond inventory. We have had some reoccurring questions about this event, so we are here to answer all of them!

#1. How do I pre-shop?

Visit us before the event for the best selection and personalized service. Have your purchase picked out so you only have to pick it up during or after the event!

#2. Do I have to make an appointment?

Appointments will ensure that you have the undivided attention of a sales associate while you shop! There will be sections roped off for social distancing. Call a James & Sons store near you today to book your VIP appointment!

#3. Are you offering special financing?

We have several financing options to assure that we find the one that works best for you! The sales associate that you work with will walk you through the steps and help you find the perfect financing option!

#4. What type of discount are you offering?

Your savings will vary item by item. The owners will be on hand to personally price every piece of jewelry sold during VIP to assure you the very best values of the year!

#5. What are your sanitation precautions?

We are constantly sanitizing the store and the jewelry after each client. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the store. Please watch this video where we go into more detail about our sanitation precautions.

#6. Can I practive social distancing?

There will be roped off VIP areas to keep our customers at a safe distance. Our staff will be wearing masks and we will have plenty of masks on hand if you need one!
